Leather craft workshop

Where It All Started

Atelier Bros began in 2017 in a small garage with a simple belief: that things worth owning should be made to last. Two brothers, sharing a passion for quality and craftsmanship, started experimenting with leather as a weekend hobby.

What began as making wallets for friends and family quickly grew into something more. People noticed the quality, the attention to detail, and the way our pieces seemed to get better with age.

Today, we work full-time from our studio in the Pacific Northwest, creating custom leather goods for clients around the world. But our mission remains the same: to make things that last.

What We Believe

01

Quality Over Speed

We never rush. Each stitch is done by hand, every edge is burnished with care. A piece that takes longer to make will last longer in use.

02

Materials Matter

We source only full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather from reputable tanneries. Cheap materials make cheap products—we refuse to compromise.

03

Made to Be Used

Our pieces are designed for daily life. They'll develop character, absorb stories, and become more beautiful with every year of use.

04

Repair, Don't Replace

In a world of disposable goods, we stand for repair and longevity. Our lifetime repair guarantee means your piece is truly an investment.

Our Process

Leather selection
Step 01

Selection

We begin by carefully inspecting each hide, looking for the perfect combination of grain, texture, and character. Only the best sections make it into our work.

Step 02

Cutting

Using traditional patterns and sharp tools, each piece is cut by hand. We pay attention to grain direction, ensuring strength and aesthetic flow in every component.

Step 03

Stitching

We use traditional saddle stitching—two needles passing through each hole in opposite directions. It's slower than machine stitching, but creates stronger, more beautiful seams.

Step 04

Finishing

Edges are sanded, burnished with wood and water, and treated with natural oils. Hardware is polished. The final piece is inspected, conditioned, and prepared for its new owner.
